By the way, remember to join the
Schuyler's Monster mailing list if you want up-to-date information on book stuff.
Update, 2-11-08 - Julie just called from her Barnes & Noble to say that the book actually arrived this morning, a week early. Can I hear a woot?
Omg. Wow!
ReplyDeleteYay, that's awesome ... get ready. You've got a season of Crazy Ride coming up!
ReplyDelete*wow*
ReplyDeleteJust, wow.
YAYEEEE!!!!!
ReplyDelete:D Aaaaaw, come ON Rob, smile!
ReplyDeleteBtw, I tried to pre-order the book here in Sweden but I'm a bit confused. Amazon UK states that the book will be released in April? :( Know if that's the european release or are they just clueless? In that case I'll try to find a retailer that imports it from the states, or have someone send me a copy. April?! Inconceivable!
Very cool!
ReplyDeleteOh-my-gawd! *screams* it's Robert Rummel-Hudson!!! OOHHHHH! Can I have an autograph? Omg he's SO CUTE!
ReplyDeleteJust practising for when you're all famous and stuff :P
This is all hugely exciting!
ReplyDeleteI don't suppose you happen to know what's going on with the UK release?
I'm pretty sure when I pre-ordered (from Amazon UK) months ago the release date was exactly the same as the US. Now it's showing as April.
Interestingly, a couple of Amazon Marketplace merchants say they already have the book in stock. I'm assuming this is an administrative oversight, rather than blackmarket sale.
Woot!
ReplyDeleteCongrats!
I have no idea. Let me se what I can find out.
ReplyDeleteNotice that Schuyler has grown up since her picture was taken! Rob's is more recent and, of course, will never grow up anyway.
ReplyDeleteSO cool...the book is preordered and I am counting the hours.
ReplyDeleteGoosebumps! And I love the shirt Schuyler's wearing, too! COngratulations. Drink it all in...you deserve it.
ReplyDeleteThe book looks good. Right now, I'm coveting Schuyler's shirt. :D
ReplyDeleteEveryone digs Schuyler's punk pirate look.
ReplyDeleteCongrats. Can't wait to read it!
ReplyDeleteVery VERY, Cool!
ReplyDeleteVery cool. And like many here, I fully intend to roll your daughter for that shirt. That's ok, right?
ReplyDeleteHooray, this is so exciting!!
ReplyDeleteWooooo! Hope you get to keep one of those posters for your Glory Wall. :)
ReplyDeleteWay to go, Mr. Fancypants!!
That is such a fantastic picture!! Wooo!!! Congratulations :)
ReplyDeleteWow!! That's YOU! So cool.
ReplyDeleteI keep debating whether to pre-order the book from Amazon (to make sure I have it right away) or getting it from a bookstore and having the fun of buying a book in person from an author I know. It finally occurred to me, hello, do both! And take a picture of the book in Borders Store #1 here in Michigan.
This is amazing Rob!
Wow! So happy for you! You both look totally rad, especially pirate girl!
ReplyDeleteI usually buy from Amazon since we don't live near any large bookstores, but I'd rather see it on a shelf in person. It's just too effin' exciting not to.
Dude! Schuyler so Rocks the Casbah! I really enjoyed meeting her (and you and Julie) at Dakota's book signing, and I can't wait to get my copy of the book. If it has even 5% of her personality, it's going to be a best-seller. Wish I was going to be down in Texas for the signing. Give Schuyler a high five and a bump for me. And thanks for coming out to support m'friend.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Renee
cool beans
ReplyDeleteSUPER! I'm so happy for all of you.
ReplyDeleteHoly shit! I mean, woot. That's awesome, Rob.
ReplyDeleteA big *woot* *woot*
ReplyDeleteThis is just so cool.....
Congrats!

Congratulations! What an amazing experience for all the Rummel-Hudsons!
ReplyDeleteVery cool picture! Schuyler seems to be enjoying the ride...and you look like you can't quite believe it's real! Enjoy, this is a good moment!
