Movie night

On Tuesday nights, Julie has rehearsals for a wind ensemble she performs with, so these are usually movie nights with Schuyler and me.

Tonight she picked two movies beloved by little girls everywhere.

Cloverfield and Jurassic Park II.

She invited some friends to the second one.

Schuyler is looking so grown up, it is hard to remember she is younger than my daughter. How big are her feet? They look so long!

  2. I think the perspective makes them look bigger, but still. She wears Womens size 6. That's my legacy to her; I wear Mens 14. Sorry kid.

  8. What I really find interesting about this picture is that one can only assume that Schuyler and her friends are rooting for the monster/dinosaurs.

  9. I can confirm her loyalties, yes. When the videoconferencing presentation scene is interrupted by the triceratops busting through the tent, she did a fist pump and said "Yeah!"

Love the line-up on the couch. She has huge feet! (This is from an adult with size 5-6 feet).

  15. Awww! That's so cute! My oldest daughter's favorite movies when she was Schuyler's age were The Brave Little Toaster and Reservoir Dogs.

I like that the red tyrannosaurus has his head thrown back in laughter and he's smacking his thigh like he's watching a comedy...

  17. Size 14? Criminy, your feet are bigger than mine, and I'm 6'4". You have my sympathies.
