I work in a bakery full of Republicans. One was ragging on Obama so hard I had half a mind to say "If you're going to be this way for four years, I quit" He said "This is the end of America! A socialist is in the white house!" Seriously, if he wasn't my boss, I'd tell him only really insecure people pick on others. Or tell him how -I- judge him.
But yes, this is going to be a good day, a good month, a good year. I'm still cautiously optimistic.
And "worse" Johnny? I'd be more insulted by your comment if you didn't screw up your grammar. Nice try, though.
If that is correct, then that just makes the cost of these things either outragous and both Bush and Obama are guilty of overspending our tax money, or that'just what they cost. If that is the case thank all the evil rich people for donating and helping keep the cost down.
Still, the cost does not excuse the rest of the stuff.
Oh, yes...at last we wake up from the nightmare. It's a new day!
ReplyDeleteI was wondering what you'd post today. This is so awesome. I feel hopeful for the first time in eight years.
ReplyDeleteOh, yes it will.
ReplyDelete:D
ReplyDeleteHard to believe the day is finally here. I feel privileged to witness today's events. Awesome, in the true sense of the word.
ReplyDeleteThat was it?
ReplyDeleteFlubbed lines...
Worse speech...
Blatant racism...
Bad,looong poetry...
The crowd leaving early like it was a Laker's game...
Good start.
And all for the basement bargain price of $150,000,000.
ReplyDeleteIt was all beautiful. I've never been so proud to be American.
ReplyDeleteYes. Yes it will.

You're not "picking" on me are you Jenn?
ReplyDeleteIf I were picking on you, I'd be much more harsh. Correcting one's grammar is hardly a bully offense.
ReplyDelete"Please excuse any mild typos or grammar mistakes."
ReplyDeleteSound familiar?
Wow, Johnny, how far WILL you go to make yourself look like an ass?
ReplyDeleteAnd Rob, you are excellent, as always.
Just remember, four years is a long time to be bitter.
So far...five posts I guess.
ReplyDeleteJust gave an opinion that's all. I expected more.
I would rather read any one sentence of any of Rob's posts than all of what I heard today.
You started picking on me and hypocritacally made fun of my grammar.
Why would I be bitter for for years? Just because you were for eight?
I can't take you people anywhere.
ReplyDeleteYou may have to stop the car.
ReplyDeleteLol! Oh, Rob, you'd be surprised how much I get that. Along with "This is why we can't have nice things!" <3

ReplyDeleteIt was an awesome day. Completely and utterly awesome.

Ok Jenn check for grammar and spelling.

ReplyDeleteBah! Humbug.
